Steven Rousso's expertise in hospital finance issues has been demonstrated on various engagements for over three hundred providers throughout the United States. Mr. Rousso has over twenty-seven years of experience in the healthcare industry, including nine years working with Big Five consulting firms. He is a co-founder of HFS Consultants.

Mr. Rousso has assisted hospitals and clinics in reimbursement issues, new program development, feasibility studies, HPSA designations, licensing and certification including rural health clinics, primary care clinics, FQHC's, new starts and has acted as a chief financial officer for a group of six primary care clinics. He also acts as a consultant to both CHA and CPCA regarding licensing and reimbursement issues.

A featured speaker for the California Healthcare Association, Mr. Rousso has also addressed the Association of Healthcare Districts, Hospital Council, and California Association of Primary Care Clinics on a variety of health care issues and has published numerous articles on the healthcare industry.

Mr. Rousso received a B.S. in Health Services Administration and an MPA in Health Services Administration from the University of Arizona, and also has an MBA in Health Care Management from Golden Gate University. He is also a licensed nursing home administrator in California.
