Becky Carroll has over twenty-five years experience in healthcare, beginning as a staff nurse and progressing through nursing education and administration, to consultation.

Professionally, Ms. Carroll has served on the Executive Board of Women's Healthcare Executives of Northern California, held Associate status with the American College of Healthcare Executives, and is a charter member of Sigma Theta Tau, Gamma Psi chapter, a national nursing honor society.

Ms. Carroll has provided services in operations management, fiscal management, clinical documentation systems, expert opinion and testimony, compliance programs and assessments, and feasibility analyses for acute and post acute settings within hospital and healthcare divisions. She has designed developed, opened, licensed, certified and assisted in contracting for health systems/hospitals to successfully operate post-acute programs, in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. Additionally, Ms. Carroll designed, developed, and implemented the Geriatric Service Line as a center for excellence for a full service community hospital.

Ms. Carroll is a noted speaker throughout the state of California on topics related to MDS, PPS, Case Management, Regulations, Therapy Programs and Reimbursement. She has been a speaker for California Healthcare Association and Quality Care Health Foundation (QCHF), the educational component of CAHF.

Ms. Carroll received her M.S. in Nursing at University of Hawaii, her B.S.N. at Wichita State University, and in addition, has post-graduate work in administration and management theory.
