HFS is pleased to announce the launch of our Secure Client Portal (SCP), focused on enhancing transparency and improving communication with our clients.
The SCP is currently up and running for our Wage Index Improvement Strategy Services (WIISS) and provides our clients with a summary breakdown of their portion of the $135 million benefit, which HFS has achieved through wage index findings over the past four years. The SCP also includes instructions, best practices, and tips for reporting wage index information on the Medicare cost report.
HFS will continue to develop the SCP to fulfill the needs of our clients. Going forward, HFS will be able to securely store pertinent client information for each of our service lines, including agreements, deliverables, impact analyses, benefit updates, and summaries pertaining to changes in healthcare policy and regulation. The intention is to provide access to information that is transparent and interactive for our clients. We envision a future where clients can access secure information at their own server locations on the HFS website. The WIISS link is the first connection in a series that will roll out over time.
